NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, SITE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO MONITOR YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF A USER’S MAIN ACCOUNT AND ANY SUB-ACCOUNTS, FOR THE PURPOSE(S), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OF INVESTIGATING VIOLATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR TO ASSIST WITH CRIMINAL OR CIVIL INVESTIGATIONS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SITE OWNER SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED BY SITE OWNER IN ANY COUNTRY. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WHICH YOU GIVE SITE OWNER WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO AND MAINTAINED IN ANY COUNTRY AS CHOSEN AT ANY TIME BY SITE OWNER; INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COUNTRIES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND ELSEWHERE. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION INTO AND OUT OF ANY COUNTRY, DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SITE OWNER SERVICES by immediately terminating all access and use of SITE, in which case any continuing access or use of SITE is unauthorized. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, SITE OWNER MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR WEBSITE OR DOMAIN NAME(S) PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION, AND YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO PRIVACY OR PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO SUCH INFORMATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW.

Account information is password-protected. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for the security of your Customer ID and passwords. Make sure you keep them in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information. You should take this precaution even if you are not using a public computer, such as at a library or internet café, but even when using your private computer in your home.
We may run banner ads, pop ups, pop unders, and other kind of commercial ads.
